复合材料孔隙率超声检测技术的研究进展

摘    要:本研究介绍了近年来超声法检测复合材料孔隙率研究现状,对衰减法、声速法、声阻抗法以及对比试块法进行了详细的阐述。分析了各种方法的理论模型、检测误差,并对各种方法的优缺点进行对比和分析,最后对复合材料孔隙率超声检测技术的发展提出了研究方向和思路。

Abstract:The status of composite’ s porosity ultrasonic testing in recent years was introduced in this research, four major kinds of ultrasonic testing methods are attenuation method, sound velocity method, acoustic impedance method and reference block method were elaborated. The various methods of the theoretical model, detection errors were analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed. Finally, a research direction and ideas were put forward for the future development of ultrasonic testing in composite’ s porosity.
