摘    要:本文以邻二氟苯为原料,利用其定位效应,通过与丁基锂、硼酸三甲酯直接作用得到2,3-二氟苯硼酸,再通过与H2O2反应得到2,3-二氟苯酚。以所合成的2,3-二氟苯酚为原料,通过叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷保护酚羟基,再在低温下与丁基锂、硼酸三甲酯等作用得到2,3-二氟-4-羟基苯硼酸,5步反应总产率为83%。

Abstract:2,3-Difluorophenol was prepared from hydrogen peroxide and 2,3-difluoro-benezne boronic acid, the latter was synthesized from 1,2-difuorobenzene, butyl lithium and trimethyl borate using the orientation effect of 1,2-difluorobenzene. 2,3-difluoro-4-hydroxybenzene boronic acid was obtained with 2,3-difluorophenol as starting material by three steps:first protect the phenolic hydroxyl group via t-butyldimethylsilyl chloride; subsequently react with butyl lithium and trimethyl borate; and finally deprotect to gain the final product. The total yield of five steps was 63%.
