| 摘 要： | 文章分析了制造企业的特点,阐述制造企业实施CRM系统的必要性和可行性,初步探讨制造企业的CRM体系结构和系统所需的功能,同时提出企业将CRM系统与ERP系统集成起来使信息在企业内部各部门之间流畅地传递,提高企业的运作效率,这也是企业信息化发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed the characteristics of the manufacturing business enterprise and put forward that business enterprises are necessary and possible to implement CRM systems,and introduced the structure of the CRM system and the function of the CRM system.Then the enterprise will integrate the CRM system and ERP system into a whole and this will help the complicated information to deliver in the internal business enterprise glibly,and it is propitious to improve the operation efficiency of the business enterprise,this is also an information-based inevitable trend for business enterprise. |
