摘    要:为了研究康家滩煤矿8#煤层坚硬顶煤的冒放性,对88203工作面坚硬顶煤顶板的破断、运移规律进行了现场观测和分析研究。利用深基点观测方法,在88203综采工作面回风巷内设置矿压观测站,对工作面顶煤顶板的不同层位进行深基点观测;利用LB数字摄像仪观测方法监测了顶煤的破坏发展过程。观测结果表明,顶煤距煤壁前方15m以内开始移动,顶板岩层移动距离煤壁前方都在18.5m以内,顶板滞后于顶煤的运移,且顶煤冒落时位移量较大;采动超前支承压力超前作用距离为10~13m,产生压裂破坏和新裂隙,说明支承压力对顶煤有预裂作用。88203工作面顶煤不能随采随冒,顶板也不能及时垮落,因此,如果采用放顶煤工艺需对顶煤顶板采取人工处理措施。

Abstract:Breakage,movement rule of hard roof and top coal in 88203 mining face was observed and analyzed to research difficulty degree of top coal of 8# coal seam in Kangjiatan Colliery.Observation station of underground pressure was set in ventilation roadway of 88203 full-mechanized caving mining face with observation method of deep basic point.By observation,caving and moving data of roof rock strata was acquired with mining face advancing and damage of top coal was monitored by LB data video camera.Observation result was showed as follow.Movement start point of roof and top coal was near to coal wall. Advanced movement distance of top coal was within 15m and that of roof rock strata was within 18.5m.Movement of roof was behind of that of top coal and displacement of top coal was larger.Influence distance of advanced abutment pressure was 10~13m.Advanced abutment pressure caused pressing crack damage and new crack,which showed the pre-crack action of abutment pressure.Top coal could not cave with mining proceeding and roof could not cave in time.Therefore,manpower control measure should be adopted to apply caving mining method.
