基于C8051单片机的液压电梯速度控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了以C8051单片机为核心的液压电梯速度控制系统,通过容栅传感器检测液压电梯轿厢速度,与理想速度曲线进行比较,按照控制算法进行调整,实现了对液压电梯轿厢速度的闭环控制.该控制系统硬件设计结构简单,成本较低;同时在软件设计上也采用了相应措施,提高了程序运行的可靠性.实际应用表明,该控制系统软、硬件性能优良,工作可靠.

Abstract:This paper presents the C8051 series microcomputer used in hydraulic elevator control system with velocity feedback. The hardware and software technologies are described. The system can collect the running data of the hydraulic elevator car automatically, control the running status of the elevator, display the parameters of its running and debugging, and draw curves of elevator running. All these functions are supposed with the database. This results in good dynamic and static characteristics, stability in temperature and anti-interference ability of the elevator. This control system may also be used in similar fluid system.
