摘    要:应用三维流动过程计算机模拟软件,研究了首都钢铁公司板坯连铸机结晶器内的钢液流动过程。在此基础上模拟计算四种水口插入深度对流动形态的影响,确定出在现有水口倾角和拉坯速度情况下,270mm的插入深度是比较合理的设计方案。

Abstract:Using computer simulation software of three-dimensional flow process, the study on molten steel flow in slab caster mould in Capital Iron & Steel Corporation has been taken, upon which the effects of four submerged depths on fluid flow have been calculated. It is proved that 270?mm depth is an reasonable design plan under the current practice conditions.
