摘    要:仪器的总体设计是基于多传感器进行测量,主要的传感器是电容式水分传感器,用来准确检测粮食的水分含量,另外两个是称重传感器和温度传感器,主要检测粮食的容重和温度,同时采用C8051F020单片机作为系统的微处理器,通过测量粮食的水分。容重和温度等数据,利用先进的信息融合技术,对粮食的含水量进行拟合确定。

Abstract:Overall design for instrument is based on multi-sensor measurement. The main sensor is the capacitive sensor of grain moisture, which is used to detect the moisture content exactly. Two others are weighing sensor and temperature transducer, which measure the volume weight and temperature of the grain. Single-Chip computer C8051F020 is adopted to act as the microprocessor of system, and to define the moisture content by advanced data fusion technology on the basis of the measured data such as moisture, volume weight and temperature.
