玻璃表面铁酸锌和掺杂铁酸锌薄膜的光催化效率和红外光谱特性

摘    要:采用溶胶 凝胶法在玻璃基片上分别制备了TiO2 薄膜、掺杂 2 %ZnFe2 O4 的TiO2 薄膜和ZnFe2 O4 薄膜 ,利用紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱等测试手段对薄膜的性质进行了研究 ,得到了薄膜的激发波长、光催化效率和红外吸收曲线。结果表明ZnFe2 O4 薄膜及掺杂ZnFe2 O4 的TiO2 薄膜具有较高的光催化降解性能 ,薄膜在近红外波段有较强的吸收

Photocatalytic efficiency and infrared spectra characteristics of ZnFe2O4 and doped ZnFe2O4 films on glass surface
Abstract:Three kinds of films on glass substrate are prepared with the sol-gel method, including TiO 2 films, doped ZnFe 2O 4 TiO 2 films, and ZnFe 2O 4 films. To analyze the properties of films by using ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum, we find the extreme wave-length, photocatalytic efficiency, and infrared spectrum. It indicates that ZnFe 2O 4 films and TiO 2 films doped with ZnFe 2O 4 are superior in photocatalytic degeneration properties, with increased absorptivity for infrared.
