相变光盘信息符的快速精确测量

摘    要:导电式原子力显微镜(Conducting Atomic Force Microscopy:CAFM)和扫描表面电位显微镜(Scanning Surface Potential Microscopy:SSPM)已经被用于相变光盘的信息符成像。在实验中测量了带初始过程的商用DVD-RW光盘。通过比较,CAFM的测量结果明显好于SSPM的测量结果。DVD-RW在3.5m/s的线速度下的恰当刻写功率范围被CAFM确定为10-15mW。这是验证高密度记录符的一个很有效的方法。这种新方法也可以用于新型相变记录材料的研发中。
