胡杨花序乙醇提取物体内抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:探讨胡杨花序乙醇提取物的体内抗氧化活性,分别用165 mg/kg BW、330 mg/kg BW、660 mg/kg BW剂量组的胡杨花序提取物和生理盐水对照组给试验小鼠每日灌胃,检测小鼠血清和肝匀浆中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。与对照组相比,花序提取物灌胃各组小鼠血清和肝组织中的SOD活力显著提高(P〈0.05),同时MDA的含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。结果表明,胡杨花序可以提高小鼠机体的抗氧化能力,抑制脂质过氧化物。

Abstract:To study the in vivo antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts from Populus euphratica inflorescence. Ethanol extracts were given by gastric gavage to mice with three dosage groups of 165 mg/kg BW, 330 mg/kg BW and 660 mg/kg BW, respectively, and normal saline was used in control group. The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the methane dicarboxylic aldehyde(MDA) content in the mice blood serum and liver organization were detected. Comparing to the control group, the SOD activity in the serum and hepatic tissue of the gavaged mice was significantly increased(P0.05), and the MDA content was decrease significantly(P0.05). Result showed that the P. euphratica inflorescence could increase the antioxidant activity and reduce lipid peroxidation in mice.
