茯砖茶中优势微生物在不同培养基的差异性比较

为探究茯砖茶优势微生物在不同适宜生长培养基之间的差异,采用14种不同培养基比较黑茶优势微生物的表面培养特征.针对一种黑茶样品,采用混合培养法定期观察不同时间段优势菌的生长表征.即通过观察记录在不同时期该茶叶中微生物在不同培养基上的分离特征,包括菌落色泽、质地、表面形态及边缘情况等,来比较不同培养基分离“金花”菌的差异性.结果表明,几乎在所选分离培养基上均能用肉眼看到黑茶的优势菌为“金花”菌及其生长状况,但差异性明显.这种差异性主要体现在其出现在各培养基上生长速度有快慢,菌丝体颜色不同,其分泌的色素差异较大.该研究结果表示出冠突散囊菌在不同培养基上的培养特征,为研究者更快地分离出该茶叶中“金花”菌提供了借鉴.

Difference comparison of dominate microorganisms from Fuzhuan brick tea in different media

In order to investigate the difference of dominant microorganisms from Fuzhuan brick tea in different mediums,14 different media were used to compare the microbial apparent characteristics.For one Fuzhuan brick tea,those dominant microorganisms＇ apparent characteristics in stipulated time by mixed culture method was observed at regular intervals.That was by watching and noting the separated characteristic of the ＂jin hua＂fungi from Fuzhuan brick tea growing in different media in different period,including colony color,texture,surface morphology,edge feature and so on,to compare the differences of ＂jin hua＂ fungi by different medium separation.The result showed that the sign and growth conditions of ＂jin hua＂fungi could be seen in each selected isolation medium as dominate strain,but there were significant differences in different media.Those differences mainly reflected in the time they showed on the surface of mediums,the color of myceliums,and the pigment secreted.Results revealed the cultural characteristics of Eurotium cristatum grew in different media,providing references for separating the＂jin hua＂ fungi from Fuzhuan brick tea more quickly and more effectively.
