响应面优化超声波辅助提取桑葚花色苷工艺的研究

摘    要:利用响应面分析法对桑椹花色苷的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上,根据中心组合试验设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析。结果表明,桑葚花色苷提取的最佳工艺条件为超声时间20 min,超声温度50℃,超声功率430 W,在此条件下,花色苷含量最高达到5.7681mg/g。

Abstract:The ultrsonic extraction technology of melberry anthocyanin was optimized by response surface methodology. On the basis of single factor experiment, according to the center combination experiment principle, the significance and interaction of various factors were analyzed by 3 factors and 3 levels response surface analysis. Result showed that the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of melberry anthocyanin were obtained as follows: ultrasonic time 20 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic power 430 W. Under this condition, the mullberry anthcyanins extraction yield was 5.768 1 mg/g.
