摘    要:扼要地介绍了挪威硬岩TBM掘进速度与刀具磨损的研究成果及大直径滚刀在大伙房水库输水工程中的应用情况。研究和实践都表明,采用大直径滚刀掘进的优越性在于:大直径滚刀推力大,破岩能力强,掘进速度快;降低刀具损耗,进而降低工程成本;延长刀圈寿命,减少掘进过程中的换刀频次,从而提高TBM的利用率。采用大直径滚刀是大断面硬岩TBM的发展方向。

Abstract:The study on the rate of tunneling advance and the cutter wearing condition of the TBM for hard rock tunneling from Norway is briefly described herein with the introduction on its application with large diameter disc cutter to the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir.Both the study and the practice show that the advantages of the tunneling with large diameter disc cutter are higher advancing thrust,stronger rock breaking capacity,quicker tunneling advance rate etc.,by which the utilization ratio of the TBM is increased along with the lowered wearing of the cutter,the decreased construction cost,the prolonged working life of the cutter and the reduced cutter changing frequency.The actual case demonstrates that the application of large diameter disc cutter to TBM is the development trend of the TBM for tunneling in hard rock with large cross section.
