四轴轮式推土机极限轴荷分析

摘    要:为获得某四轴轮式推土机轮边减速器和侧传动箱的极限受力条件,分析了某四轴轮式推土机在紧急制动、抬头自救、推土抬头和爬25°坡等临界状态下的总体受力,由受力平衡条件和变形关系,建立了上述状态下各轴轴荷的计算模型,根据设计参数计算了在相应状态下的各轴轴荷,提出了该推土机轮边减速器和侧传动箱应当满足的强度条件.

Abstract:To obtain the maximum loading conditions of the wheel-side reducer and side gear-box of a specific four-axle-wheeled bulldozers,the total loading on such critical conditions as sudden braking,its self-rescue wheels raising and 25°-slope climbing is analyzed.Based on the loading equilibrium conditions and deformation relations,a calculation model is established for four-axle loadings.According to design parameters,each axial loading is calculated.To this end,the required strength conditions are postulated for the wheel-side reducer and side gear-box.
