| 摘 要： | 将葡萄籽提取物作为染料用于棉针织物染色,通过单因素实验确定最佳染色工艺条件为:温度80℃、染料质量浓度5 g/L、pH值3。并对染色后的织物相关性能进行了测试,结果表明,经过葡萄籽提取物染色的棉针织物的色牢度较好,织物的密度和顶破强力变大,织物的悬垂性有一定的变化,为葡萄籽提取物用于棉针织物染色提供了相关依据。

| Abstract: | The grape seed extract is used to dye cotton knits.Through the single factor experiment,the optimal dyeing conditions are obtained: temperature of 80 ℃,mass concentration of 5 g/L,pH=3.Then,the related performances of the dyed fabrics are tested.The results show that dyeing fastness become better,fabric density and tear strength become larger and there are some changes in the drape pendency,which offers relevant basis for dyeing of cotton knits with grape seed extract. |
