正处于经济转型期的大陆,对水利人才的需求不仅是规模的扩大,更是质量的提高,因此如何培养一支既满足社会需求又能促进经济发展的高素质水利人才队伍,显得尤为重要。对此从水利发展对专业人才的要求入手,结合本校实际,交流高技能人才的培养途径;通过借鉴台湾地区高职教育的发展经验,探讨海峡两岸高技能人才合作培养新途径。

Bring Water Resources Industry Advantages into Full Play and Develop New Approaches to the Cross-strait Cooperative Cultivation of Highly Skilled Talents

Mainland China is presently in the stage of economic transition.Therefore,the demands for the talents in water resources industry are not simply reflected in the scale expansion,but also in the quality improvement.Thus,it is particularly important to train a high-quality team for water resources industry who can both satisfy the needs of society and promote economic development.Regarding the requirements of professionals proposed by water resources industry development,this article firstly explores the approaches to training high-skilled personnel based on our college practice and secondly discusses the ways in cross-strait cooperative cultivation of highly skilled talents with reference to the experience from higher vocational education development in Taiwan.
