中美输变电设施可靠性评价体系及数据对比

摘    要:介绍了中国和美国的输变电设施可靠性评价体系,并从可靠性评价指标、统计口径和评价方法3方面分析了中关两国榆变电设施可靠性评价系统的差异。通过对中美两国2009年输电线路和变压器在停运率、故障平均持续时间和不可用率等方面的对比研究,分析数据差异及其存在原因,在此基础上给出提高我国输变电设施可靠性的建议。

Abstract:The paper introduces reliability assessment system of Chinese and American transmission and transformation equipment and analyzes the differences in terms of reliability assessment index,statistics and assessment method.By comparative study of outage rate,average duration of fault and unavailability of transmission lines and transformers in 2009 in both China and America,the paper analyzes data differences and causes,on the basis of which it gives suggestions on improve reliability of transmission and transformation equipment.
