摘    要:为了实现高速飞行器天线罩电厚度精确、高效的测量,满足透射法扫描测量过程中罩壁任一点法线与微波波束入射线的夹角始终为布鲁斯特角的要求,本文在确定采用逐条母线方式及单母线圆环方式作为天线罩测量轨迹的基础上,研究了根据不同的测量范围参数来选择最优轨迹的方法;采用将复杂运动分解、简化及坐标变换等方法实现了既定的运动轨迹.研究成果已成功应用于飞行器天线罩电厚度测量设备中,实践证明:本文所介绍的运动轨迹规划和实现方法是可行的,既保证了测量效率,同时也为天线罩电厚度的精密测量提供了必要保障.

Abstract:In order to realize the efficient and accurate measurement of high-speed aircraft radome,this paper proposed a trajectory planning method established on two moving modes along generatrix and section circle respectively. The optimized trajectory was achieved by decomposing and facilitating complicated motion as well as coordinate transformation. The proposed method for trajectory programming and realization has been successfully applied in the machine of electrical thickness measurement. It is indicated that the method is feasible to ensure the efficiency of measurement,and provide the necessary protection for precise measurment of radome’s electrical thickness.
