摘    要:由于RH的强大功能,RH成为生产品种钢的关键工序.随着前工序铁水量的增加和后工序品种钢需求的增加,宝钢一炼钢RH成为影响品种钢产能提高和物流顺畅的瓶颈工序.通过分析了影响宝钢一炼钢RH产能的因素后,从RH生产组织原则、RH处理钢种铸机分配、RH分工、缩短RH处理周期、模铸钢生产组织、模铸钢与连铸钢处理时间匹配等方面进行了优化,RH 日均处理量提高了2.9炉,同时降低了非 RH 工艺处理钢比例.

Abstract:RH has already become the key process in refining the high quality steels beeause of its powerful funetion. With the inerease of hot metal quantity in the upstream proeesses and with an inereased demand of high quality steels in the downstream proeesses the RH in the No. 1 Steel-making Plant has already beeome the bottleneek affeeting inerease of the high quality steel produetivity. Upon analysis of the faetors affeeting the RH produetivity in No. 1 Steel-making Plant the management optimization is earried out in the Plant including the principle of RH production schedule, RH steel allocation to the eontinuous easting maehine, RH task division, reduetion of RH treatment eyele, ingot steel produetion sehedule and mateh of ingot steel and eontinuous easting steel. As the results the daily average productivity of RH treatment has increased 2. 9 heats and the ratio of non-RH treated steels decreased aecordingly.
