基于响应面法的玻璃钻孔支撑结构优化设计

摘    要:对玻璃进行钻孔加工过程中,机床中钻孔支撑结构的变形会使钻头发生偏移,降低钻孔的质量,提出了以最小化钻孔支撑结构的变形量和构件质量为优化目标的结构优化设计方法。考虑到支撑结构多目标优化模型缺乏的问题,在ANSYS Workbench软件中进行钻孔支撑结构的有限元分析,通过试验点选取、拟合函数选择和响应面合理性评估,建立了反映钻孔支撑结构关键尺寸与优化目标之间关系的两目标响应面模型,并采用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)求解。试验表明,Kriging模型具有比标准响应面模型更好的多维变量和非线性问题拟合性能;钻孔支撑结构在满足强度要求的同时,最大变形降低了57.1%,质量减少了30.4%,满足高强度和轻量化的要求,证明了所提出的基于有限元分析、响应面拟合和多目标优化的机床结构件优化设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the process of drilling the glass,the deformation of the drilling support structure in the machine tool will make the drill bit offset and reduce the quality of drilling.A structural optimization design method is proposed to minimize the deformation and quality of the drilling support structure.Considering the lack of multi-objective optimization model of supporting structure,the finite element analysis of the drilling support structure was conducted in ANSYS Workbench software.Through the selection of test points,fitting function selection and rational evaluation of the response surface,a two-target response surface model reflecting the relationship between the key dimensions of the drilled support structure and the optimization target was established and solved using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).Experiments show that Kriging model has better fitting performance for multi-dimensional variables and nonlinear problems than the standard response surface model.;while the drilled support structure meets the strength requirements,the maximum deformation is reduced by 57.1%,the mass is reduced by 30.4%,and the requirements of high strength and light weight are satisfied.The effectiveness of the optimized design method of machine tool structural parts based on finite element analysis,response surface fitting and multi-objective optimization is proved.
