系列化复杂产品参数化设计技术研究

摘    要:在参数分析、模型库及驱动研究的基础上,针对系列化复杂产品-综合传动系统,以Visual C++为语言、美国PTC公司的Pro/E Wildfire为平台、Pro/Toolkit为工具开发了专用的参数化设计软件,并通过液力变矩器的外环设计为例进行了验证.应用表明,该软件可极大减少了建模时间,是提高系列化复杂产品设计效率的有效途径.

Abstract:Based on the parameter analysis,model library and parameter-driven technology,the Pro/E Wildfire of PTC is used as the development platform for realizing the special parametric design software with Visual C++ and Pro/Toolkit,which is applied for the complex product such as the integrated transmission system.The software's function are verified by using them to the design of the external ring of torque converter.The results show that the model is efficiently built and it is the efficient way for im- proving the design efficiency of serial complex product.
