PBT-PHB热致性液晶共聚酯的合成研究

摘    要:以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和1,4-丁二醇为原料,在稳定剂、催化剂存在条件下,合成双-对羟基苯甲酸丁二酯(BBHB);以对苯二甲酸二甲酯和1,4-丁二醇为原料,合成对苯二甲酸二丁二酯(DBT);采用熔融缩聚法由BBHB和DBT合成含柔性间隔基的液晶共聚酯PBT—PHB。由正交实验确定最佳反应条件和实验配方。用带有偏光显微镜的熔点仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪分别测定熔点、液晶温度范围和结构,并利用粘度与粘均相对分子质量间的对应关系计算出该液晶共聚酯的粘均相对分子质量。

Abstract:1,4-butanediol bi-hydroxybenzoated (BBHB) was synthesized from mythyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 1,4-butanediol with the existence of catalyst and stabilizer; di-butanediol terephalate (DBT) was prepared from dimethyl p-phalate and 1,4-butanwdiol. Copolyester of PBT-PHB were synthesized from BBHB and DBT. The best reaction condition and formula were decided by orthogonal experiment. The melting point, liquid crystal temperature range and structure of the copolyester were determined by melting point determination apparatus collocating polarizing microscope and infra-red spectrometer. The viscometric average molecular weight (M_v) was calculated by using the coincidence relation between viscosity and M_v.
