Abstract:This paper investigates the present situation of quality of sea sand and some examples of corrosion failure of sea sand concrete structure;through the experiments it testifies the unfavorable influence of Cl - in sea sand upon the concrete structure durability;and points out that the threshold of Cl - content in sea sand is slightly higher in the present standard.
