| 摘 要： | 政府性投资是国家重新配置、引导资本利用社会资源、自然资源的基础性活动,是近年来拉动国民经济发展的主要增长点。文章对政府投资项目监管的必要性、政府投资项目存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的建议与办法。
