摘    要:采用中性盐氟化钠对膨润土进行常温改性,并与常规的碳酸钠改性膨润土进行了对比。结果表明,氟化钠改性膨润土对抄造体系的pH值适应性更强,提高了细小组分的留着与滤水性能,放置4周后仍能保持较好的分散性、流动性与较高的细小组分留着率。

Abstract:The bentonite modified in high consistency suspension with fluoride sodium is used as microparticle retention aid in papermaking industry.It is compared with the conventional bentonite slurry modified by sodium carbonate.The results show that the high consistency bentonite slurry modified by fluoride sodium can be used as the microparticle retention aid.It has good adaptability with the pH value of papermaking system,it can increase the fines retention rate and improve the drainage,and maintains very good dispersity,fluidity and fines retention rate even after 4 weeks.So it has great application value as microparticle retention aid in papermaking industry.
