摘    要:现在已经有了一种范例,使用基于性能的标准来设计和分析流程操作和安全仪表系统。这些新标准为设计者提供一种“适用目标”的方法,满足对于规避风险的要求,而不是使用“最佳实践”规则,可能导致过设计和超费用。

Abstract:There has been a paradigm shift towards the use of performance-based standards for the design and analysis of process operations and safety instrument systems. These new standards allow the designer to provide a "fit for purpose" system that meets the risk criteria rather than simply applying "best practices" rules that may lead to over design and excessive cost.
