摘    要:对45碳钢氮碳共渗处理疲劳断裂后的断口附近的显微硬度,组织特征进行了分析。结果表明:疲劳断裂后,其显微硬度值增加,且应力越高越明显,透射电镜观察,发现不同的区域、析出物的形态及种类不同。硬度的增加是疲劳过程中氮碳变化的宏观表现。

Abstract:The microhardness, microstructure characteristics of the nitrocarburized 45 carbon steel after fatigue fracture were studied. The results show that the microhardness value increases after fracture. The greater the fatigue stress is the more obvious the tendency becomes. TEM observation shows that the precipitations are different in shape and variety at different areas. The increase of hardness is the macroscopic expression of carbon and nitrogen behavior in fatigue process.
