摘    要:W火焰锅炉用于燃用无烟煤及难燃煤种,目前已投运的W火焰锅炉均采用亚临界参数、垂直管屏。超临界600 MW机组锅炉一般采用螺旋管带水冷壁布置,在设计制造上有较大困难。对此,采用低质量流速及优化内螺纹管技术,可应用于垂直管屏超临界参数W火焰锅炉。

Abstract:The W-shaped flame boiler is suitable for burning hard coal and coal sorts which are difficult to fire,the W-shaped flame boilers, which are under operation,are all adopting subcritical parameters and vertical tube panel.The boilers for supercritical 600 MW units are generally adopting spiral pipe band water-wall arrangement,there are comparative large difficulties in design and manufacture.Adopting technologies of low mass flow velocity and optimized rifled tubes,the W-shaped flame boiler with vertical tube panels and supercritical parameters can be realized.
