多壁纳米碳管非线性光致发光机理的研究

摘    要:研究了多壁纳米碳管非线性光致发光问题。理论上得到了多壁碳纳米管层间耦合对多壁管能带的影响。讨论了能带中范霍夫奇点的形成及其对多壁碳管光致发光的影响。实验上得到了多壁纳米碳管的吸收光谱和光致发光谱,吸收谱观察到了与范霍夫奇点相关联的吸收峰,发射谱观察到了频率上转换效应。并对上述实验结果进行了机理分析。

Abstract:Nonlinear photoluminescence of multiwalled carbon nanotubes is studied.Theoretically,the energy band of multiwalled carbon nanotubes is gained as a function of the intershell coupling of multiwalled carbon nanotubes.The formation of Van Hove singularities in energy band and photoluminescence of multiwalled carbon nanotubes as a function of Van Hove singularities are discussed.The absorption spectrum and the photoluminescence spectrum of MWNTs have been measured. The absorption peaks associating with VHS have been observed from the absorption spectrum.The optical frequency upconversion has been observed from the photoluminescence spectrum.These experimental results have been analyzed.
