制冷机房运行总功率的影响参数分析

摘    要:为了提高制冷机房部分负荷下的运行效率,对主要参数影响制冷机房总功率的基本规律进行了研究。通过在TRNSYS软件上建立制冷机房仿真平台,以负荷率、冷冻水流量、冷冻水供水温度、冷却水流量和冷却水进水温度为参数,采用降维分析法,得到了五个参数影响制冷机房总功率的变化规律和影响程度的主次顺序。结果表明,不同参数对制冷机房总功率的影响程度不同,同一参数在不同其它参数条件下,其影响力将有所变化;不同工况下,均存在最佳冷冻水流量值和冷却水流量值使制冷机房总功率最小,且最佳流量值随工况条件而动态变化。
