工程项目管理实施中的风险管理探讨

工程项目中的风险产生,会对项目目标造成较大的负面影响,因此需要项目管理者主动采取有效的风险管理方法来减少风险的发生或降低风险带来的损失。本文立足于代表业主方利益的项目管理者,分别从风险管理组织的运行、风险策划的制定和风险管理在项目集成管理体系的具体实施等三个层面进行分析,指出风险管理实施过程中可能存在的问题和解决方案,供风险管理者作参考。

Discussion on Risk Management in the Construction Project Management Practice

Under the way of the construction project,there will be lots of risks which often occur and bring a more tremendous negative influence to the project goal,therefore the project superintendent should adopt the effective risk management method to reduce the risk occurrence or the loss which the risk brings.This article analyzed the risk management which bases on the project manager who on the behalf of the owner's through three aspects.They respectively are risk management organization's movement,the planning of the risk management and the risk management in the project integration management system.It pointed out the problems which possibly existed in the risk management implementation process and proposed some solutions that provided the references for the risk manager.
