蒸发冷却电机用磁脂密封的研究

摘    要:磁脂密封作为一种新型的密封形式,在蒸发冷却电机中的应用有着广泛的前景和研究意义。本文研制了适合于蒸发冷却工艺的电机磁脂密封装置,对磁脂密封的承压能力进行理论研究和试验验证,证明了该装置实际的密封效果,研究了与磁脂密封承压能力密切相关的因素,幵分析该结构的功耗公式和温升影响因素,从试验角度验证了轴转速对温升有较大的影响,转速越高,磁脂温升速度越快,最终稳定下来的温度也越高。根据以上工作,提出了一些减小磁脂温升的方法。

Application of Magnetic Grease Seal in Evaporation-cooling Motor
Abstract:As a new seal type, magnetic grease seal has extensive prospect and significance on the application in evaporation-cooling motor. A suitable magnetic grease seal device was designed in this paper. The theory and experiment for bearing pressure ability of magnetic grease are studied, the magnetic flux gathering and bearing pressure of the device are proved. At same time, the influencing factors on bearing pressure endurance are analyzed. And power consumption equation of magnetic grease seal and influencing factors about temperature are also analyzed. Meanwhile, by experiments, the speed of shaft has great influence on temperature is proved. And faster speed of shaft bring faster temperature rise and higher final temperature. Based on these works, some methods about decreasing temperature of device were presented.
