摘    要:为解决模具复杂型腔及异形孔自动化抛光问题,首先建立了模具液流悬浮抛光系统,开发了液流动压力监测平台,实现了抛光工具位置及转速控制;之后结合液流动压理论,分析了模具材料去除模型,获得了流场与压力分布规律;接着通过试验研究了转速和间隙对液流动压力的影响规律;最后优选了6 000 r/min转速和60μm间隙对模具工件进行了...
