基于模糊PID控制的气动负载模拟器研究

摘    要:构建了由比例阀控缸实施加载的舵机气动伺服加载系统实验装置,研究其特性及控制策略。采用机理建模的方法建立了系统的数学模型;在此模型基础上,设计了模糊PID控制器。编写实时控制程序,测定0.5、1、2、5 Hz三角波条件下的特性。实验结果表明,气动负载模拟器在低频段有较好的力跟随特性。

Abstract:A pneumatic load simulator,loaded with a cylinder controlled by proportional valve,was established.Its characteristics and control strategy were studied.The model of the simulator was built and a fuzzy-PID controller with feed forward was designed and simulated by Matlab.Using real-time control program,the experiments of 0.5,1,2 and 5 Hz triangle wave stimulation were carried out.The experimental results show that the performance of the pneumatic load-simulator is better at low frequency.
