高速切削技术在薄壁零件加工中的应用研究

摘    要:从薄壁箱体的加工效率、加工精度等角度出发,分析薄壁箱体零件高速切削加工的优势和可行性。针对其工艺特点及生产实际要求,分析高速加工中存在的工艺问题,给出具体的解决措施。实践表明:采用高速切削加工技术加工薄壁箱体,加工效率高,工件表面质量好。

Abstract:From different aspects such as efficiency,precision of machining,the superiority and feasibility of high-speed machining of thin-thickness boxed-shaped workpieces were analyzed.Aiming at the process features and technical requirements of machining,the measures were put forward to resolve the process problems of machining.The practices show that the application of high-speed machining technology in machining thin-thickness boxed-shaped workpieces can gain high efficiency and good surface quality.
