摘    要:根据纯水液压锥阀的结构特点,在GAMBIT中建立不同阀口形状的纯水液压锥阀模型,并在FLUENT中分别进行求解计算,研究不同的阀口形状对于纯水液压锥阀气穴流场的影响。研究结果对于纯水液压锥阀的气穴控制有一定的理论和实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the structure characteristics of the hydraulic poppet valve,the models of the hydraulic poppet valve with different valve port forms were established in GAMBIT,and the calculations were carried out in FLUENT.The influences of the different valve port forms to the flow field cavitation of the hydraulic poppet valve were studied.The results provide some theoretical and practical value for the cavitation control of the hydraulic poppet valve.
