摘    要:SERCOS-Ⅲ是实现数字伺服和传动系统的现场总线接口和数字交换的最新国际标准,其融合了以太网技术,是新一代开放式数控研究的新方向。基于通用通信控制器及标准以太网硬件上加载SERCOS-Ⅲ软件核心的模式开发了SER-COS-Ⅲ的物理层、数据链路层及应用层的驱动程序,采用IEEE1588作为该通信系统的同步方法,并在此基础上对IEEE1588的算法进行改进,实现了SERCOS-Ⅲ通信系统的主从站之间的高速同步通信。
