数控机床网络故障诊断系统的开发与应用

摘    要:以FANUC 0i-C系统为例,提出一种可进行数控机床网络故障诊断的方法。通过建立机床数据信息库,将参数、接口状态、诊断信息等存储到数据库中,为机床故障诊断提供数据支撑。用户可根据机床正常时与故障时的数据比较与信息提示,快速定位机床故障。

Abstract:A method about network fault diagnosis for CNC machine was proposed taking FANUC 0i-C system as an example.Parameter,diagnostic data and PMC interface signal could be recorded through the establishment of machine database which provided data support for the fault diagnosis of CNC machine.The fault could be quickly determined by comparing the data and messages of normal and failure.
