日立EX系列挖掘机发动机失速分析

摘    要:对现代挖掘机的典型故障——发动机失速进行重点剖析。在分析日立EX系列挖掘机工作原理的基础上,应用发动机与液压系统功率平衡的方法,对3个重点环节(发动机系统、液压泵流量控制系统、液压工作装置)导致发动机失速的现象、原因、性质、故障特征及检测与诊断方法进行系统阐述。结果表明:应用发动机与液压系统功率平衡的分析方法,发动机失速的故障诊断和定位比较快速、有效。
