微/纳米级压电材料的制备方法

摘    要:由于电子、通讯和控制等高新技术行业的迅速崛起,对材料的高性能、多功能、小型化、智能化等的需求越来越高,使得对微/纳米级压电材料的制备受到重视,并且微/纳米级压电材料是压电复合材料的重要组成部分,本文介绍五种微/纳米级压电材料的制备方法.

Abstract:Since the rapid rise of high-tech industries such as electronics,communications and control.There are much higher demand for the material high-performance,multi-function,miniaturization,intelligentize,and so on.making more demand for micro/nano level of piezoelectric materials.And,micro/nano level piezoelectric material is an important part of piezoelectric composites.This paper introduces five kinds of micro/nano level the preparation method of piezoelectric materials.
