低压电器电寿命试验的不确定度分析

摘    要:介绍了检测实验室测量不确定度分析。为了实现更为准确的测量不确定度评定,对低压电器电寿命试验项目进行测量不确定评定,通过识别检测过程中的不确定度来源,建立数学模型,分析不确定度评定的方法,得到了测量不确定的结果,为试验数据测量结果的准确性提供了可靠保证。

Uncertainty Analysis for Electrical Durability Test of Low-Voltage Apparatus

Abstract:Introduction was made to analysis of measurement uncertainty in testing laboratory. In order to achieve more accurate measurement uncertainty evaluation, this paper introduced the example of electrical durability test of low-voltage apparatus to identify the sources of uncertainty in testing process, establishing the mathematical model and analyzing the method of uncertainty evaluation. The measurement results of uncertainty were given, which provides reliable insurance for the accuracy of test measurement result.
