大规模风电并网下的电力系统调度决策研究

摘    要:风电功率预测对电力系统的功率平衡和经济调度意义重大。介绍了风电场输出功率的预测方法及影响因素,给出了含风电场的电力系统经济调度模型及相关求解方法,并研究了预测与机组组合滚动优化的配合机制以及储能、电动汽车等多种资源与风电协调互补等问题。指出储能、电动汽车等可调度资源能够有效平抑风电等可再生能源的间歇性和波动性,是实现消纳大规模风电、节能减排、保障电网安全稳定的有效途径。

Review on Power System Economic Dispatch Strategy Research of Lager-Scale Wind Power Integration

Abstract:There is great signifi cance for wind power predict in power balance and economic dispatch of power system. Introduction was made to the wind farm power output predict method and impact factors. This paper gave the power system dispatch model and the related solution method including wind farm, and researched predict and units combination rolling coordinated and optimized mechanism and energy storage, electric automobile etc multiple resources and wind power coordination mutuality etc issues. It is pointed out that energy storage, electric automobiles etc controlled dispatch can effectively reduce intermittence and undulatory property of wind power etc renewable energy resources, which is an effective way to absorb large-scale wind power with energy saving and discharge reduction, to ensure power grid safety and stability.
