胶质红假单胞菌的摄磷能力

摘    要:研究了富磷培养基中胶质红假单胞菌的摄磷能力以及光照、pH、外加碳源和缺磷环境对胶质红假单胞菌摄磷能力的影响。结果表明,该菌在富磷培养基中具有较强的摄磷能力,在光照、微好氧条件下有较好的摄磷能力,其生长的最适pH在7.2左右,缺磷环境可导致该菌的过量摄磷现象发生。

Abstract:The assimilation of phosphate by Pseudomonas gelatinasa was studied.Pseudomonas.gelatinasa showed the strong phosphate uptake.The optimum culture condition for the assimilation of phosphate is under light and microaerophilic culture at pH 7.2.The over assimilation of phosphorus can be induced by phosphorus starvation culture.
