超长预应力管道真空压浆解决方案

摘    要:随着我国经济的发展,长、大、新、难的桥梁建设正日新月异,对于超长预应力的应用也将越来越多,采用真空辅助灌浆法施工的工艺是解决超长预应力管道压浆的重要技术手段。本文结合厦门园博园工程实例介绍在后张法桥梁施工中应用预应力真空压浆技术,对主要的工艺过程进行了分析,确保应用正确的施工方法,达到预期的压浆效果。

Abstract:Along with our country's development of economy, the construction of the long, big, new, difficult bridges is changed with each passing day, for the super long Prestressing of application also will be used more, adoption the vacuum assistance infuse cement syrup construction's craft is that method which solve super long prestressing? vacuum pressure syrup of importance tech- nique means. This article combine the example of the construction of Yuanboyuan in Xiamen city , which application prestressing? vacuum pressure syrup technique into the solid at Behind Pull Method's bridge construction, giving the main insti'uction of the craft process carried on analysis and assurance application exactitude of construction method, attain expectation of press and strach effect.
