热虹吸管蒸发段内部强化传热的研究

摘    要:针对工业上应用最多的热虹吸管,其蒸发段常出现大汽泡、弹状流沸腾而引起的不稳定振动以及壁温波动现象进行研究,为改善热虹吸管蒸发段内部的传热性能,进一步提高其传输功率,提出了一种强化传热方法,即在热虹吸管内部插入一根同轴的多孔管,并对同轴多孔管蒸发段的强化传热机理进行了研究,同时通过可视化和性能试验进行了验证,得出了较好的结果。

Abstract:The unstable vibration caused by large bubbles in the slug flow in the thermosyphon evaporator and the pipe wall temperature fluctuation phenominan are studied experimentally To improve the heat transfer performance inside the thermosyphon evaporator and inrease the power transportation further,a heat thransfer enhancement enploying perferated tube inserts in the thermosyphon is advanced The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of inserts is also studied Visual experiment validates the theoretical analysis
