深松铲的模态试验研究

摘    要:目的 为了研究深松铲在实际工作状态下的振动特性,设计合理的深松铲结构.方法 采用模态试验,对深松铲进行单点激励、多点拾振,测量深松铲的频响函数曲线.用信号分析软件进行深松铲的模态参数识别.结果 模态试验表明深松铲柱的中部动刚度较小,属刚度薄弱区.结论 根据模态试验的结果 ,对深松铲结构进行了改进设计,加强了铲柱与机架的连接,使得改进后的深松铲前五阶模态频率平均增大了62.6%.阻尼比平均减小了13.8%.解决了深松作业时深松铲刚度不足的问题.

Abstract:To study the vibrating property of sub-soiling shovel in practical working conditions and design the correct structure of the shovel, a modal experiment was conducted. The shovel was motivated in one point and the output signal was picked up in multiple-point using modal analysis method. The modal parameters of the sub-soiling shovel were identified by signal analysis software. The result shows that the movable rigidity in the middle of the sub-soiling shovel was small, within the range of rigidity vulnerable area. Thus, designed on the basis of modal analysis, the connection of sub-soiling shovel and the sub-soiler frame were improved. The first five modals increased by 62.6 percent and the deformation coefficients decreased by 13. 8 percent averagely. The shovel was strengthened entirely.
