电镀废水综合治理的应用实践

摘    要:采用先进的pH(ORP)仪自动监控的综合性化学处理法对电镀废水进行综合治理,该处理技术具有先进、高效、稳定、设备占地面积小、投资少和废水处理成本低等优点,处理后出水可达到国家排放标准。同时可以从含镍废水中回收镍盐及处理后出水回用于生产线使用。

Abstract:Electroplating w astewater is treated comprehensively by using comprehensive chemical treatment method.The pH monitor instrument (OPR)is advanced and automatic.The treatmen t technology has many advan-tages,such as advanced reliability,high efficien cy,stability,small occupation of land,less investment and low-er cost of wa stewater treatment etc.The treated wastewater meets the requirements of discha rge standard in Chi-na.In addition,the nickel salt could be recovered from th e nickel-containing wastewater and the treated wastew-ater could be reused in production line.
