微阶段化磨矿技术在梅山的应用研究

摘    要:描述了梅山磨矿分级现状和微阶段化磨矿技术原理。探讨了微阶段化磨矿技术在梅山选厂的应用情况。研究结果表明, 与现有的磨矿分级工艺相比, 微阶段磨矿技术提高了球磨机的磨矿效率, 改善了磨矿效果, 创造了良好的经济效益。指出了微阶段磨矿技术推广应用中存在的问题。

Abstract:The present situation of grinding and classification and the principles of micro-stage grinding technique of Meishan Mine are described. The application of the micro-stage grinding technique in the Meishan concentrating plant is discussed. The results show that compared with the oxisting grinding and classification techniques, the micro-stage grinding technique can increase mill's grinding efficiency and improve grinding results. The problems existing in extanding its application were pointed out.
