| 摘 要： | 论述了煤炭资源开采项目风险管理因素,按影响目标对煤炭资源开采项目可能的风险因素进行分类。从模糊综合评判的角度出发,以西部地区某一中型城市煤炭企业为例,对城市各煤炭企业的风险状况做出综合评判,通过聚类分析定出各煤矿的风险管理等级情况。

| Abstract: | The paper stated the risk management factors of the coal resources mining projects.The risk factors of the coal resources mining projects in potential were classified according to the influence targets.From the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,taking one medium urban coal enterprise in west part of China as a example,the paper made a comprehensive evaluation for each urban coal enterprise.The paper provided the risk management classification for each mine with the clustering analysis. |
