摘    要:以青岛太平角养殖海区患病栉孔扇贝组织中提纯的急性病毒性坏死症病毒作为抗原,制备出效价较高的多克隆抗体。用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)方法对青岛黄岛等不同养殖海区、不同时间采集的栉孔扇贝材料进行检测,结果表明,7、8月份样品检测结果呈强阳性,检出阳性率为75%~95%,其他时期阳性率较低。

Abstract:The acute virus necrobiotic disease virus(AVND virus)was isolated from diseased scallop Chlamys farreri collected in the Taiping Bay of Qingdao. Using purified virus as antigens, the polyclonal antibody with high titer was prepared in rabbits. Indirect ELISA technique was set up and was used to detect the AVND virus within 5 to 7 hours, which the minimum quantity of virus to be detected was 30ng. Then scallop specimens from different sampling sites in various periods were detected by ELISA technique. The results showed that the viral infection rate was 75% -95% during epizootic period in July and August and was low in other growth period.
